Personal data will be processed by Softvic throughout the commercial negotiation with the potential customer and, if a contract is signed, throughout the contractual relationship between Softvic and the User. Once this period has ended, the data will be blocked to comply with Softvic’s legal obligations and, once that period has also elapsed, will be permanently deleted.
Candidate data. If a User submits a job application through the Website’s contact channels, we will process their first name, surname, email address, and the personal data included in the CV provided by the User. Pre-contractual measures applied at the request of the data subject To process job applications submitted by Users. Personal data will be processed by Softvic during the evaluation period of the User’s application and for a period of 6 months to be considered for future job vacancies. After this period, the data will be blocked to comply with Softvic’s legal obligations and, once that period has also elapsed, will be permanently deleted.
Contact data. First name, surname, email address, phone number and company. Consent To handle and respond to requests, comments and suggestions, and to provide support to the User during their use of the Website. Personal data will be processed by Softvic for as long as is necessary to respond to the query and/or resolve the issue raised by the User. The data will then be blocked to comply with Softvic’s legal obligations and, once that period has elapsed, will be permanently deleted.
Commercial communications. Softvic may send newsletters to Users who have a contractual relationship with Softvic. The data processed will be the email address. Legitimate interest. This data is used to send commercial information about Softvic. Data will be processed by Softvic throughout the contractual relationship with the User and, once it has ended, Softvic will block the data for as long as necessary to comply with its legal obligations. Once that period has elapsed, the data will be permanently deleted.
TO WHOM WILL YOUR DATA BE DISCLOSED?
Softvic informs Users that, for the purposes described above, it will not transfer personal data to third parties. However, Softvic may grant access to such personal data to technology service providers with whom it has entered into a data processing agreement; in particular:
