Softvic S.A. (hereinafter “Softvic“) is the owner of the Website https://kaissoftware.com/ (hereinafter the “Website“) and is responsible for the processing of the personal data of its users (hereinafter the “Users“).

Through this Privacy Policy, and in compliance with Articles 12 and 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter“GDPR“) and Article 11 of the Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (“LOPDPGDD“), Softvic informs Users using the Website about the processing of their personal data that may be collected through this and processed by Softvic.

The data processed are: First name, last name, professional e-mail, position in the company, as well as additional personal data provided by the potential customer.	Consent of the person concerned   Processing necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures at the data subject’s request	Provide prospective clients with Softvic’s service offerings and quotes.	The personal data will be processed by Softvic during the commercial negotiation with the potential customer and, if a contract is signed, during the contractual relationship between Softvic and the User. At the end of this period of time, the data will be blocked in order to comply with Softvic’s legal obligations and, after this period of time, will be definitively deleted.
Candidate data. In case the User sends through the contact means of the Website an application to work with Softvic, we will process the name, surname, e-mail and personal data included in the CV provided by the User.	Processing necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures at the data subject’s request	Respond to job applications from Users.	The personal data will be processed by Softvic during the period of evaluation of the User’s application and for a period of 6 months to be evaluated for future job offers. After this period, the data will be blocked in order to comply with Softvic’s legal obligations and, after this period, will be definitively deleted.
Contact information. Name, last name, e-mail, telephone and company.	Consent	To attend and respond to requests, comments, suggestions. As well as providing support to the User during the use of the Website.	The personal data will be processed by Softvic for the time necessary to answer the question and/or resolve the incident indicated by the User. Such data will be blocked in order to comply with Softvic’s legal obligations and, once this period has elapsed, will be definitively deleted.
Commercial communications. Softvic may send newsletters to Users who have a contractual relationship with Softvic. The data processed will be the e-mail address.	Legitimate interest.	This data is used to send you commercial information about Softvic.	The data will be processed by Softvic for the duration of the contractual relationship with the User and once it has ended, Softvic will block your data for the time necessary to comply with legal obligations. At the end of this period, the data will be definitively deleted.

3. TO WHICH RECIPIENTS WILL YOUR DATA BE COMMUNICATED?

Softvic informs that, for the fulfillment of the purposes described above, it will not transfer the User’s personal data to third parties. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Softvic may give access to such personal data to technology service providers with which it has entered into a processor contract; in particular to:

5. USERS’ RIGHTS

The User may exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition and, where appropriate, limitation of processing and portability of data by sending an email to Softvic.

Likewise, the User may file a complaint with a supervisory authority and, in particular, with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if he/she considers that the rights set out above in this Privacy Policy have been violated or if he/she considers that the processing of personal data concerning him/her violates the applicable regulations.

6. CHANGES IN THE PRIVACY POLICY

Softvic reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes or updates to the Privacy Policy will be explicitly notified to the User by means of a notice on the Website, together with the updated version of the Privacy Policy.
