From September 15 to 18 at La Rural Fairgrounds, Buenos Aires

The Argentine meat industry currently operates under dual pressure: increasing traceability and certification requirements in export markets, and a cost structure that makes it necessary to protect the yield of every carcass. In this environment, plant software has ceased to be an administrative system and has become the tool through which margins are maintained.

With this approach, KAIS Software will participate from September 15 to 18 at Tecno Fidta 2026, the International Exhibition of Food Technology, Additives and Ingredients, at La Rural Fairgrounds in Buenos Aires. The company will bring to the Argentine market the S6 version of Meat System Software, its platform specialized in the meat sector, whose most significant addition is artificial intelligence embedded directly into the workflow itself.

A single system for the entire meat processing plant

KAIS Meat System Software brings together the critical processes of the meat business within a single environment and links management, production and plant technology. Its modular and scalable architecture operates in real time across planning, finance, production, quality and traceability, allowing operations to be viewed through a single picture rather than through reports that need to be reconciled between departments.

The system communicates directly with scales, RFID, industrial terminals, machine vision systems, IoT devices and robotic equipment. Every weighing, every reading and every verification is automatically recorded in the same repository, with no transcription or manual data entry, placing the platform at the digital center of the plant and multiplying what can later be analyzed.

Artificial intelligence that works where production happens

KAIS AI does not behave as a tool that users need to access separately, but rather as a layer that runs throughout the entire platform and transforms operational data into decision-making criteria. It operates across management, production, quality, traceability and logistics, and its function is to interpret what is happening, identify deviations, execute repetitive tasks and anticipate predictable situations.

It does this without requiring a parallel project: it feeds on the information that the processing plant already generates during its normal daily operations, without prior data cleansing or system replacement, and returns the results to the very point where someone needs to make a decision. Three capabilities structure this process:

  • Automation with intelligence. It links data, processes and work teams to free up management time and support KPI-driven operations.
  • Purpose-driven data. It combines information from all areas to identify patterns, detect deviations and locate opportunities for improvement.
  • Assisted decision-making. It translates analysis into concrete recommendations so that action can be taken earlier and with greater certainty.

The changes on the plant floor are measurable: fewer chained manual tasks, earlier reaction to any deviation, and useful information available while the shift is still in progress.

KAIS Digital Hub, together with Frontmatec ASUAN – Stand 1D-30

KAIS will focus its proposal on the KAIS Digital Hub, its dedicated space within stand 1D-30, where it will showcase its latest developments in digitalization as well as its complete portfolio of software and technology solutions.

It will share the stand with Frontmatec ASUAN, a leading company in the sector in the region, and with the Fortifi Group, an international leader in technology and equipment for the food industry. Within the group, KAIS provides software specialization and contributes the combination of industry expertise, digitalization, artificial intelligence, automation and Industry 4.0.

KAIS Software is a European company headquartered in Barcelona, dedicated to the development of its own ERP and MES solutions for the meat industry. Its technology is implemented in slaughterhouses, cutting plants, processed food facilities and cold storage operations that operate under export, control and quality standards. Since 2025, it has been part of the Fortifi Food Processing Solutions group, which also includes Frontmatec ASUAN, enabling the company to provide a development and support center within the region.
